Luckingstar is a garden-like factory covering 45,000 square meters, in which there is 35,000 square meters for the manufacturing place, including 25,000 square meters for heat pump and 10,000 square meters for storage want tank. We have own national standard laboratory and advanced automatic manufacturing equipment of more than 200 sets. We have eight manufacturing lines of heat pump and two lines of pressured and insulated tank. We have capability of 40,000 sets of commercial heat pumps, 60,000 sets of domestic heat pumps and 80,000 sets of storage tanks per year. Luckingstar was established in 2006. With the effort & dedicated spirit of all our employees, we have developed by leaps and bounds in recent years. We have already got international certificates like CCC, CE, CB, SAA, IEC, EN14511, ISO9001, ISO14001 and National Industrial Products Manufacture Certificates. We have exported our products to more than 50 countries and regions such as America, Brazil, Chile, the UK, France, Poland, Italy, Greece, Australia, the UAE, Israel and South Africa, etc. We also are a China national standard drafting unit and attend the drafting of China heat pump standard. We were awarded Famous Heat Pump Brand of China in 2009 and Top 10 Heat Pump Brands of China in 2013. Up to now, more than 20 product series and 200 product types have been developed and put into production to meet requirements of customers like: domestic split air to water heat pump, domestic cycle heat pump, domestic direct heat pump, domestic integrated heat pump, commercial cycle heat pump, commercial direct heat pump, low temperature EVI heat pump, high temperature heat pump, multifunctional heat pump, SPA heat pump, residential swimming pool heat pump, commercial swimming pool heat pump, water source heat pump, double-source (air & water) heat pump, storage water tank with or without coil, etc. These years, we have kept studying and absorbed the best technology from Japan, Europe, Australia and the USA into our own products and have also set up an ambitious, experienced and spirited R&D team with more than 20 people. At the same time, we cooperate with universities & labs such as Tsinghua University, Science & Technology University of China, SGS, TUV, etc. in China. Now we have: 1) High standard heat pump efficiency testing lab; 2) Pressured tank lab; 3) Heat pump technology training center; 4) Heat pump training workshop. In addition, we have got 47 patents & nearly 50 proprietary technologies. Equipped with all the above, the technology standard of our products is in a leading-state in this field in China. We also cooperate with stated-owned company from China to develop low temperature heat pump technique and we are the first company pushing the low temperature heat pump into cold weather area, even as low as minus 46 degrees.
